Step 1: Come on in!
If your interested in our CrossFit Classes and want to see what were all about, come on in. Check our class timetable online and watch any of our classes. There is no better way to get a feel for CrossFit than to come and see it happen. You can observe as many classes as you like. If you like what you see, then sign up and get started with a free session. Get in touch via phone, text or Facebook to try it out.

Step 2: Fundamentals
The Fundamental course is 4 x 1 hour long classes where you will be introduced to CrossFit through lectures, movements, and workouts (WODs). We require all of our members to complete fundamentals, so that they can safely, effectively, and confidently head into our general Workout of the Day (“WOD”) classes.
Each class will be led by a CrossFit L1 trainer and you will be introduced to CrossFit’s fundamental movements, get accustomed to the different equipment we use, get used to the feel of how a class runs and gradually progress in intensity (how hard we work you) as the sessions progress. This course has been designed to meet the fitness levels of any individual who possesses the desire to be better. It is the best starting point for people who have never done any type of training or those who have a good base level of fitness but have never worked with the diversity of movements that we use in CrossFit.
By the end of the course all your fears and apprehensions will be a distant memory and you will be ready to transition into the main classes.
Fundamentals classes are limited 10 people, to ensure that our coaches can provide the highest level of individual instruction throughout.
Step 3: Membership
After completion of the fundamentals course, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our CrossFit classes.

One-on-one coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
